Functional advantages
  • The electrode rotation speed is 40000 rpm with high efficiency, stability and reliability that can be completed within one hour per furnace.

  • High energy density and melting temperature greater than 2600℃, capable of preparing various types of metal powders such as Titanium alloy, special steel,superalloy,high entropy alloy, refractory alloy.

  • High yield of fine powder, particle size range of 10-200 μm, of which -150 μm yield ≥80%, D50≤63 μm (nickel-based superalloy).

  • Non-contact powder production in full process, high powder purity, and oxygen increment is less than 100ppm. High sphericity, almost no hollow powder or satellite powder.

  • The equipment occupies a small area and is easy to install.

  • Suitable for rapid development and production of small batches, multiple varieties and high-quality spherical metal powders.
